BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

a) Booking deposit. Upon the Property Manager’s approval, the Guest will only be charged a 25% booking deposit based on the Total Price.

b) Balance. The 75% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and it will be charged automatically from the same credit card. Should the balance not be paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and the Booking deposit will not be refunded.

c) Damage deposit. The damage deposit of 800 EUR is pre-authorized on the same CC 4 days prior to departure. It will be refunded within 2 days of the Check-out Date provided no deductions are made due to:

i. damage to the property or furnishings;

ii. dirt or other damage requiring excessive cleaning; or

iii. any other cost incurred by Property Manager due to Guest’s stay.

d) Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival. No refund after that unless specified otherwise in writing.

e) House Rules: By proceeding with the reservation, the guest agrees to follow the applicable House rules.
