You will be so happy that you picked this villa when you see it with your own eyes. You will love the location as the villa as it is so close to everything – no sore feet, and no cars or taxis. The villa boasts with a large pool and garden, both illuminated in the night, and swings for the kids and their endless entertainment;-) The property has brand new furniture and mattresses, high quality pillows, linen and towels. On a rainy day you can watch satellite TV, Netflix or just chill on one of the many sheltered terraces with a glass of wine.

LOCATION
This villa is a perfect option for you if you don’t want to drive for dinner, to go to the beach or just to have a drink. Puerto Banus main strip and the beach are 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options just around the corner, ranging from the popular and fancy La Sala and Breathe restaurants, to more casual options such as Mister Noodle, Burger Bar or an Organic Juicery. SuperCor supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salons are all 5 minutes walk away.

LOUNGE, KITCHEN AND AMAZING TERRACE
The villa has a stylish lounge with sofas, 4K smart TV with Netflix and a bluetooth audio tower. The lounge opens directly to the fantastic terrace which overlooks the flat garden and the pool. Parents will appreciate the fact that they can watch over their children playing in the pool or on the swings while having a drink or just chilling on the terrace. You can enjoy meals in the shade together with all your friends and family by the terrace table for up to 21 guests. There is a BBQ area right on the terrace so you can still socialize while cooking your T-bone steak 🙂 There is also a dining room inside. Downstairs, there is a large social area with sofas, tables and another TV for playing games or socializing.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
All the bedrooms in the villa are prepared with fresh linen and towels for our guests. All bedrooms are finished to a high standard with new beds, comfortable pillows and mattresses.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms which share one bathroom with a bath tub.
Upstairs, there is one en-suite triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) and one double and one twin bedroom with two single beds puched together which share another bathroom with a bath tub.
Downstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms (one with a double bed and a suite with one double bed and a nest-type bed for 2 people.

MAID SERVICE
All our direct bookings for high season include maid service every other day! We want this to be a holiday for everyone 🙂 Our maid comes to the villa to give a quick clean to the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. Extra cleaning can be arranged for 55 EUR/day. Bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are happy to arrange the airport transfer for your group. We usually wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way.

PRIVATE CHEF
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board – please ask for photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to organize. His special menu options start from 45 EUR/person.

Even though this villa is completely independent and offers ultimate privacy, the proximity of four other 6-8 bedroom villas with their private pools and gardens allows us to accommodate up to 90 guests in the same area.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY UP TO 21 GUESTS
Even though this villa sleeps up to 19 guests comfortably, additional 2 beds could be installed in the largest bedrooms for 2 extra guests. There is plenty of space but you must consider if privacy is an issue for you.

PARKING
You can safely park in a large garage for up to 2 cars and there are 2 more parking spaces behind the property gates. There is also unlimited parking in a parking lot 200 meters from the property.
