LOCATION
This villa is a perfect option for you if you don’t want to drive for dinner, to go to the beach or just to have a drink. Puerto Banus main strip is 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options just around the corner, ranging from the popular and fancy La Sala and Breathe restaurants, to more casual options such as Mister Noodle, Burger Bar or an Organic Juicery. SuperCor supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salons are just around the corner.
LOUNGE, KITCHEN, TERRACE & PATIO
The villa has a spacious lounge with sofas and a dining area. There is a 4K SMART TV with satellite connection and Netflix and a bluetooth audio system for your favourite music. In the centre of the villa there is a charming fountain illuminated in the night. The lounge opens directly into the garden, pool and BBQ area. Outside terraces with plenty of seating for outside dining and chilling overlook the private pool which is also illuminated in the night. And if you do have to work, do it with a pool view;-) with a reliable 5G optical fibre internet connection.
For those who enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, wine and champagne glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups of guests. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
PRIVATE CHEF
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board – please ask for photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to organize. His special menu options start from 40 EUR/person.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
All the bedrooms in the villa are prepared with fresh linen and towels for our guests. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. Please ask about wheelchair accessibility before booking.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 en-suite double bedroom and 1 en-suite twin bedroom. There is another spacious room which is often used as a bedroom and can sleep up to 3 guests. Guests must be aware that this third downstairs bedroom does not offer the same privacy as the rest of the bedrooms as it is located between the kitchen and the lounge.
Upstairs, there are two en-suite triple bedrooms (with one double and one single bed), one double and one triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) which share another bathroom.
MAID SERVICE
All our direct bookings for high season include maid service every other day! We want this to be a holiday for everyone 🙂 Our maid comes to the villa to give a quick clean to the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. Extra cleaning can be arranged for 55 EUR/day. Bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are happy to arrange the airport transfer for your group. We usually wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way.
POOL HEATING
Enjoy the pool in colder months by heating it up to 28°C. Pool heating is 80 EUR/day (a minimum fee of 300 EUR applies).
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY UP TO 20 GUESTS
Even though this villa sleeps up to 18 guests comfortaby, additional 2 beds could be installed in the largest bedrooms for 2 extra guests. There is plenty of space but you must consider if privacy is an issue for you.
Even though this villa is completely independent and offers ultimate privacy, the proximity of four other 6-8 bedroom villas with their private pools and gardens allows us to accommodate up to 90 guests in the same residential compound.
PARKING
There is a roofed parking for up to 4 cars inside the property gates and unlimited parking in a parking lot 150 meters from the property.
b) Balance. The 75% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and it will be charged automatically from the same credit card. Should the balance not be paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled and the Booking deposit will not be refunded.
c) Damage deposit. The damage deposit of 1000 EUR is pre-authorized on the same CC 5 days prior to departure. It will be refunded within 2 days of the Check-out Date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt or other damage requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Property Manager due to Guest’s stay.
d) Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival (a 2% bank processing fee applies). No refund after that unless specified otherwise in writing.
● Pets subject to a 200 EUR pet fee.
● Cleaning fee includes STANDARD FINAL CLEANING ONLY. Daily maid service is subject to an extra charge and additional 100 EUR might be charged if the property is left excessively dirty or needs extra cleaning.
● No glasses or any sharp objects in the pool.
● Events and parties must be discussed with owners.
● The main gate on the street has a sensor and it won’t close if there is a car in between the gates. It closes automatically after about 1 minute. THE GATE AT THE VILLA DOES NOT HAVE A SENSOR. IT OPENS AND CLOSES ONLY IF YOU PRESS THE BUTTON BUT IT MIGHT DAMAGE YOUR CAR IF YOU STOP OR PARK IN BETWEEN THE GATES.
● Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 150 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away from the country.
● Any damages or imperfections must be reported IMMEDIATELY – any damage reported after your stay might be deducted from the damage deposit.
● Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents plague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies.
● LOCK THE DOOR AND IRON BARS WHEN NOT IN THE PROPERTY AND DURING THE NIGHT. Property Manager is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
● Kindly switch of the AC when you are not in the villa to prevent wasteful consumption and extra charges. Medium-high electricity and water consumption of 40 kWh per day is included in the rental fee. An additional charge of 0.5 EUR per kWh is charged for additional consumption.
