Casa Rio Real is a south facing bright and sunny holiday home all on one floor with lots of space and a large private pool. You can now walk all the way to Marbella using the beautiful seaside boardwalk illuminated in the night! The property is just a short 5 minutes drive from Marbella center and an easy 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach, beach bars and a supermarket. Enjoy the stunning golf course views and the beautiful private garden with a BBQ. Free 5G wifi and a professional cleaning protocol and disinfection.

The beach and the fancy Trocadero Arena beach club is within an easy 10 minutes walk. The walk to Marbella using the lovely seaside boardwalk will take you about 30 minutes and there are many beach restaurants on the way. The closest golf course is Rio Real Golf Course, one of the best ones in Costa del Sol. The closest supermarket – Aldi – Is just a 10 minutes walk away!

The property is all on one floor, even though you need to walk down thirty nine steps taking you down from the road level onto the level of the property, where you can enjoy the stunning golf course views and breathtaking sunsets from your private garden.

There is plenty of space for everybody. The spacious lounge with sofas and smart TV with international channels and Netflix opens directly into the garden and pool area. Outside there is a covered terrace table with plenty of seating for outside dining and chilling next to the private pool which is illuminated in the night. You can listen to your favourite music on the bluetooth audio tower.

For those who enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with lots of pots, pans, glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the house with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board – please ask for photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to organize.

The holiday home is best suitable for 12-13 guest occupancy, even though it can sleep up to 15 on supplementary beds.
All the bedrooms in the villa are prepared with fresh linen and towels. There are two en-suite bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double and one optional single bed has its own smart TV. The second en-suite bedroom has three single beds. There are two twin bedrooms which share another bathroom with a walk-in shower and a room behind the kitchen with three single beds which is used as the 5th bedroom. Guests must be aware that this last triple bedroom does not offer the same privacy as the rest of the bedrooms. You can walk out into the garden and pool area directly from all the bedrooms. All of them are air-conditioned and all of them enjoy sunlight all day long.

All our direct bookings for high season include maid service every other day! We want this to be a holiday for everyone 🙂 Our maid comes to the villa to give a quick clean to the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. Extra cleaning can be arranged for 55 EUR/day. Bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.

We recommend our guests to rent a car but we are also happy to help calling an affordable taxi and arrange airport transfers for the whole group. We usually wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the property or make a short supermarket stop on the way. Guests who do rent a car can park on the street where there is plenty of space.

Guests must be aware that due to its proximity to the motorway the garden are does suffer from traffic noise. However, it is not excessive and very easy to get used to. Nothing can be heard inside the property.

A 25% booking deposit must be settled to confirm a booking. The 75% balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. A refundable 800 EUR damage deposit will be pre-authorized on the Guest´s credit card 4 days prior to departure. Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 14-30 days prior to arrival are entitled to a 50% refund. No refund after that unless specicified otherwise in writing. Contact the owner to cancel a confirmed booking.
● Smoking outside only using dedicated ashtrays. A 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the garden and pool with cigarettes butts. ● Pets subject to a 200 EUR pet fee. ● No glasses or any sharp objects in the pool. ● Events and parties must be discussed with owners. ● Two sets of keys will be provided and an 80 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away from the country. ● Cleaning fee includes STANDARD FINAL CLEANING ONLY. Daily cleaning is subject to an extra charge and additional 100 EUR might be charged if the property is left excessively dirty or needs extra cleaning. ● Any damages or imperfections must be reported IMMEDIATELY – any damage reported after your stay might be deducted from the damage deposit. ● Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents plague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies. ● LOCK THE DOOR AND IRON BARS WHEN NOT IN THE PROPERTY AND DURING THE NIGHT. Property Manager is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. ● Kindly switch of the AC when you are not in the villa to prevent wasteful consumption and extra charges. Medium-high electricity and water consumption of 40 kWh per day is included in the rental fee. An additional charge of 0.5 EUR per kWh is charged for additional consumption.
