Daily cleaning is subject to an extra charge and additional 100 EUR might be charged if the property is left excessively dirty or needs extra cleaning. ● Any damages or imperfections must be reported IMMEDIATELY – any damage reported after your stay might be deducted from the damage deposit. ● Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents plague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies. ● LOCK THE DOOR AND IRON BARS WHEN NOT IN THE PROPERTY AND DURING THE NIGHT. Property Manager is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. ● Kindly switch of the AC when you are not in the villa to prevent wasteful consumption and extra charges. Medium-high electricity and water consumption of 40 kWh per day is included in the rental fee. An additional charge of 0.5 EUR per kWh is charged for additional consumption.
